These terms govern your use of the Perpact website. They are not the contract for our services — that is set out separately in a written agreement signed with each client. In these terms, "Perpact", "we" and "us" mean Perpact Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 512847), registered office 12 Merrion Square North, Dublin 2, D02 HH24.

Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes anyone's rights, or interferes with its normal operation or security. We may withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, code, logos and images — is owned by Perpact or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Client project deliverables are governed by the relevant client agreement, under which intellectual property in the work we build passes to the client on payment.

Our services

Any description of our services on this site is for general information. It does not constitute an offer, a quote, or a commitment. The scope, price, timeline and warranties for any engagement are defined only in the written agreement for that project.

No warranty for site content

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it "as is" and make no warranty that it is error-free or continuously available. Statistics and examples of past work are illustrative; some client names are shortened or withheld under confidentiality agreements.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience and take no responsibility for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
